Our Chenin Blanc is a blend of fruit from three key sites: old bush vines in Wellington bring depth and structure, Stellenbosch adds freshness and citrus lift, and Paarl gives the wine richness and ripe fruit character. Fermented in a combination of stainless steel and older oak, with 3 months on the lees, the goal was to let each vineyard shine while creating a balanced, expressive wine. It’s a style that reflects both place and purity and one we enjoy sharing.
