Perfect served lightly chilled on its own or with cured meats, flavourful salads or mildly spiced Middle Eastern dishes. The nose translates beautifully on the palate with tart raspberry flavours, a silky elegance finished with a balancing hint of stony minerality. A lively ruby red colour. Bright red berries with enticing hints of freshly dug earth and allspice. Wine was matured for six months in French oak barrels – 15% new oak.
